About the logo change

You might have noticed a change in our logo. The last time we updated our logo was back in 2022 (when we replaced our 2021 logo with the logo we used up until now). We wanted to change our logo to represent more what we do now. In 2022 our focus was more on Scratch, but now our focus is also on GitHub and our YouTube channels.

You also might have noticed that there are different versions of the logo (the YouTube one is different than the website/other platforms one). We created multiple versions of our logo to better suit different websites.

However, you might have seen that our Scratch profile picture hasn't changed. So are we going to change it? The short answer: not yet. The long answer: We've had the Scratch logo for 3+ years, from back when Scratch was basically the only thing we were doing, so the 2022 logo has become a key part of our profile. Thus, we will not be changing the Scratch logo for the foreseeable future (unless you guys want a logo change).
