July 2026 Updates

It is now July, and we have some exciting news for this month! First and foremost, what is probably our most ambitious project to date, ScratchBit, is nearing completion. ScratchBit is a powerful tool/module that enables a user to convert an image or pen drawing into a save code, directly in a Scratch project. Save codes can be used in any Scratch project with the ScratchBit module (not just the project they were generated in). ScratchBit will offer an easy, interconnected way for Scratchers to share their art and enable their projects to do more. The demo project, along with the module itself, will be released on Scratch and GitHub in the next few weeks, so keep an eye out for it!

Additionally, we plan to begin revamping various parts of our website to contain up-to-date information (don't worry, we're not adding age verification, we're not cowards). You might notice some of these changes in the upcoming weeks, although ScratchBit's release will be our priority.
