February 2026 Updates

It is now almost February, and we have some pretty cool projects planned for this month and beyond!

Firstly, our revamped Scientific Calculator will be released this month! Some of the changes we made include streamlining the interface and the UI (so that it's more similar to an actual calculator), adding A TON of new operations and features, and adding parenthesis and the ability to form a multi-step equation.

Additionally, we are starting development on a project that can save images in Scratch as a hex color map (which can be copy-pasted into an online HEX to PNG converter and downloaded as well). This project will also feature a module that you can backpack and implement in your own projects. We don't know too many details yet but we will let you know when we have more details.

Finally, I applied to join the SMP (Scratch Mentor Program), so let's see if I get in (I am already a member of the Youth Advisory Board).
